...that Egyptian actor Adel Imam was named UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador in 2000 to raise public awareness about refugees in Arabic-speaking countries?
In 2003, Angelina Jolie and Adel Imam met to discuss plans to work together to raise awareness of refugees in the Middle East after visiting Sudanese refugees near Cairo.
Seems like nothing has changed since then in the Middle East...or the media is just too busy reporting on Haifa and Rola feuds instead of covering humanitarians' work.Lame!

:: Hospitalized!

Yes it's her on the picture, hard to believe but it is her.
Poor Mayssam Nahas was admitted to "Hotel Duo" Hospital in Beirut after getting back from Dubai where she attended the launching ceremony of FOX TV in the middle east.
Apparently, the blondie caught a virus and she can't even eat.Her condition is still unknown.
Maybe it's food poisoning that's my guess...Anyways get well Mayssam.

One of my favorite channels on the Nilesat is this great channel called Medi1 Sat.
Medi1 is for as long as I remember one of the first radio channels in Morocco; it's always been the best rated, way before & after Radio 2M and Sawa appeared. Recently they launched their tv channel.
If you're sick of the 6 MBCs and want something informative & interesting, Medi1 Sat is the channel.It's as interesting as Ushuia.

Yet another scene of the lebanese play "Star Academy" wraped in disgrace and astonishment among the fans of Moroccan student Diaa, who's been kicked out of "competition" by fellow student Egyptian Haifa Wehbe Mirhane.
She should've shown more skin if she wanted to stay a little longer.
Diaa, you're worth more than this without a doubt, Morocco is relieved you left that little shity show.

Unfortunately, she didn't make him sign a prenuptial agreement.
